Job Summary
Join Novant Health’s Digital Products and Services team and help shape the future of healthcare technology. As a Systems Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of secure information systems that support patient care, operations, and innovation.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).
Location: Remote (Role requires travel to various Novant locations in North Carolina & South Carolina)
Department: Core Clinical Applications & Operational Support
What You’ll Do
+ Oversee the secure management of information systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.
+ Understand and document sensitive data flows—what is stored, transmitted, or processed—and enforce principles of least privilege and least functionality.
+ Identify potential cybersecurity incidents and participate in incident response activities.
+ Collaborate with users to gather requirements and define system scope and objectives.
+ Design systems aligned with user needs and organizational architecture, using flowcharts, models, and feasibility studies.
+ Estimate project costs and contribute to IT resource planning and prioritization.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation to support system users and ongoing operations.
Note: This role does not involve programming or software development.

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum two years relevant experience, required.
+ Cardiology or radiology imaging applications experience strongly preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: Obtain Application System Certification as required.
+ Additional Skills (required): Knowledgeable of workflows and business function. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
