As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for building a team in a player-coach capacity – contributing to a design strategy, crafting exceptional experiences and scaling your impact by growing the people under you. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the business, executing end-to-end design initiatives.

What will you do?

The Product Design Lead supports trading platforms for the capital markets business. This is one of the most valuable areas in the company and the hiring standards will reflect that:

 

Responsibilities

Hire Senior Designers and create an environment where they can thrive.Set quality standards for the team.Rapidly on designs based on feedback from end users.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, traders, engineers, and executive leaders to drive complex, strategic initiatives.Communicate complex information using interaction design tools, including user flows, wireframes, etc.Create prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholders.
Contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistency across our applications and improve the experience across the trading universe.
