Skills and Requirements 3+ years in a Systems Analyst or Programmer Analyst role Hands-on experience with database systems and SQL (SQL Server, DB2) Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Experience in systems analysis, preferably within ecommerce or digital platforms. Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration principles. Ability to work across multiple teams and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and notification services is a plus. Comfortable working in a cloud-enabled environment, though deep cloud expertise is not required.
