Job Description

Working with Cloud technology, especially AWS.

Experience with T24 Transactions

Experience in interface/integration development with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, Mobile Banking, Payments, AML, etc.).

Exposure to Unix/Linux environments, Oracle/SQL databases, and scripting tools.

The Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications that meet business needs with key focus areas below.

 Design & Development: Build, test, and deploy efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on business requirements.
 System Integration: Develop APIs and interfaces for seamless communication between applications and external systems.
 Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and provide timely production support.
 Optimization: Enhance application performance, scalability, and security through continuous improvement and refactoring.
 Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions

Software Development & Delivery

Deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code within agreed timelines.

Implement new features and enhancements aligned with business requirements. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

System Performance & Optimization

Improve application performance and scalability through regular code optimization.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Quality Assurance

Perform unit testing and support QA teams during system and user acceptance testing.

Minimize bugs and production defects through proper testing and peer reviews.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all developed modules.

Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support & Maintenance

Provide timely support for production issues and resolve incidents within SLAs.

Participate in system upgrades, patching, and deployments.

Collaboration & CommunicationWork effectively with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and operations.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project review meetings.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Contribute to process automation and innovation initiatives.
