This role involves managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting failed payments, implementing software and hardware, and ensuring PCI compliance. Strong SQL skills, technical documentation experience, and excellent customer communication are essential to succeed in this role.  Responsibilities:   Oversee and troubleshoot payment failures within the cashiering systemInvestigate application issues and implement solutions to resolve errorsDeploy and configure relevant hardware and software tied to cashiering operationsServe as a point of contact for clients regarding both current and upcoming cashiering-related initiativesManage vendor relationships with technology partners such as iNovah and Grant StreetAnalyze root causes of production issues and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for resolutionUse ticketing and service management tools to track incidents, service requests, and project tasksPrioritize support tickets in alignment with customer urgency and service expectationsDraft documentation for technical specifications, workflows, support guides, and user requirementsConfigure system workflows and business processes using designated application platformsAssist in scheduling and applying updates, patches, and system improvementsGather reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboardsLead or assist in testing activities, including script development and regression testingHelp create training materials and support training efforts for end users as neededBuild and maintain data and system integrations with the cashiering platformManage user access and provisioning processes for related systemsProvide on-call and off-hours support as needed, including weekends and holidays Qualifications and Requirements:  Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, with experience in writing advanced queries, joins, and stored proceduresPrior experience with iNovah or similar enterprise revenue and cashiering systems is advantageousFamiliarity with PCI DSS standards and secure payment processing best practicesFoundational knowledge of development languages such as C# and .NETExcellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindsetCapable of juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively in a dynamic environmentExperienced in developing and reviewing business and technical documentationProficient in software/hardware setup and troubleshootingAdept at identifying and resolving technical issues independentlyComfortable working independently or collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingOpen to participating in after-hours support rotations as business needs require Benefits and Perks:  $41.50 – $52.00 per hour Medical Benefits  Training & Growth  Your New Organization:  Join a highly respected organization headquartered in Omaha, NE, that values professional growth and teamwork.
