Astria Health is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team! This position supports the entire organization.
This position has a schedule of 8am - 4:30pm.
What you get to do every day!
This position is responsible for the daily operations of triaging, prioritizing, and resolution of company-submitted requests/tickets. IS Infrastructure tickets primarily consisting of the management of user accounts, computers, phones, network, servers, storage, and the wide range of software applications leveraged throughout the organization. You will:
Systems Admin Level 1
Assists with the creation and triaging of ticketsConfiguring user accounts for employees and physicians (Active Directory, Charting System(s), and other systems leveraged throughout the organization as neededPrimarily responsible over the following ticketing system queues: helpdesk, level-1, urgentParticipating in a weekly on-call rotation schedule with other system adminsCommuting to remote clinics and hospitals ranging from Prosser to Yakima

Preferred Qualifications and Education
CompTIA A+CertificationCompletion of a 2 or 4-year degree in an IT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology)
