The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. **Team Overview:** This role will join our Platform As A Service team which is responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining our on-premises Kubernetes platform. This involves a mix of platform enhancement efforts, regular maintenance tasks, and working directly with application teams to provide support and guidance as they deploy to our platform, including incident support. **What You'll Do:** + Provide support for our Kubernetes platform in all environments, ensuring continuous service and stability of the platform for our users. + Join the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production systems, ensuring continuous service and stability of the platform for our users. + Contribute to the team's work by participating in team events and meetings. + Provide excellent service to our users by responding to their requests correctly within our defined SLA. + Develop automation to improve the work of the team and our users' experiences of our platforms.
