**Job Description**
We are seeking a Systems Administrator II with the focus of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory. In this role, the systems administrator will work in a team supporting program initiatives in a secure computing environment. The systems administrator will be expected to team with peers, internal customers, and management to strengthen the consistency and standardization of IT infrastructure services to achieve operational excellence and program success. While this position is an individual contributor role, collaboration and strong technical knowledge and skills will be essential attributes.
The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
**What You ll Do:**
+ Interface with internal customers, security, and management teams for: maintaining production systems, resolving issues with services and physical systems.
+ Install, maintain, and support multiple Windows-based servers on physical and virtual platforms in support of program initiatives.
+ Execute troubleshooting skills to address stability objectives both reactively and proactively.
+ Maintain a secure computing environment, including adherence to backup schedules, patching, virus updates, and regular security scanning and remediation including STIG hardening.
+ Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
**On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site five days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Related Bachelor s and 2 or more years of related experience; or HS Diploma and 6 or more years of related experience.
+ Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
+ Related certifications may count towards years of related experience.
+ Each higher-level degree, i.e., Associate s, Bachelor s Degree, Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for additional years of experience.
+ A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Polygraph.
+ 2 years of experience as a systems administrator.
+ 2 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, GPO authoring technologies.
+ 2 years of experience configuring, maintaining, and monitoring applications and services in a Microsoft Windows server environment running the latest Server O.S.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Active CI Poly.
+ Certifications meeting Dow 8570 compliance. (Current SEC or higher)
+ 1-2 years of experience with Windows PowerShell or other automation scripting.
+ 1-2 years of SCCM/MECM experience in automation and application packages.
+ Documentation skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally.
+ Communication skills.
+ Organization and project management/project coordination skills.
+ Expertise in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and related connectivity issues.
+ Experience with Linux servers, bash scripting, Ansible or Satellite server.
+ Experience with HPC MS/MOAB/PBX pro for Linux.
+ Understanding of FLEX-LM or Sentinel software license management tools.
+ Networking experience with Cisco/Brocade/Virtual switching.
+ Multi Factor Solutions such as PING or RSA administration.
+ Enterprise Application installation and support background.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
