Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is hiring a System Administrator to support the Satellite Control Network Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) contract at Vandenberg Tracking Station, Vandenberg Space Force Base California. The System Administrator executes actions necessary to maintain all information systems located on site, and conduct maintenance required to sustain the operability of communications-electronics equipment located at the Remote Tracking Stations (RTS). Responsibilities
Ensures Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) activities are accomplished as scheduledWorks with ESXi/Oracle administration (database, maintain system readiness)Performs all required systems administration on mission related equipmentConducts TEMPEST management- Conduct thorough review of TEMPEST requirements and ensure system security measures are correctly documented
Routinely conducts Linux/Windows server antivirus scans and security audit log review
Maintains system operational levels in accordance with contract requirementsQualifications
Must possess an active Secret clearance or higherMust hold an active CompTIA Security Plus certification3 or more years of Linux/Windows administration experience Experience interfacing with Military personnel and government customer
Experience with outlook 365, Cisco Systems, and helpdesk related task
Experience with cloud related services
Must have the ability read, write, and speak EnglishPhysical Demands:
Be able to lift up to 40 lbsDesired Qualifications:
Have one of the following DoD 8140.03 compliant certifications CompTIA Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC or SSCPJob ID
