**Position: System Verification Engineer-DXR** _Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must for this position._ _A background in medical R&D, strong systems thinking and communication skills ._ **Your role:** * Assists in analyzing engineering requirements to support the development of optimal design solutions for medical device components, ensuring compliance with industry standards, working under direct supervision. * Supports the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate engineering designs, maintaining high-quality assurance standards. * Document design specifications, test results, and validation procedures accurately and thoroughly, ensuring records meet regulatory compliance requirements. * Participates in the implementation of design improvements based on testing and evaluation activities, contributing to innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency. * Assists in troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, or other technical components, working with senior engineers to identify and resolve complex challenges to minimize production downtime. * Tracks the performance and reliability of components and systems, identifying areas for improvement and supporting optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers. * Follows company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent compliance and excellence in execution. * Compiles technical findings, design proposals, and project updates to team members and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex engineering concepts in a clear and concise manner. * Implements engineering best practices and methodologies under the guidance of senior engineers to streamline design processes, improve efficiency, and reduce time-to-market for new products. * Assists in assessing feedback from testing and user experience to refine and enhance product designs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance. **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. + Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree. **Preferred Skills:** * Product Development Lifecycle Management * Verification Testing * Validation Testing * Technical Documentation * Research & Analysis * Technical Acumen * Product Design * Quality Specifications * Regulatory Requirements * Troubleshooting * Requirements Analysis * Hardware Engineering * Continuous Improvement **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
