Job Description

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality and reliability of innovative heating solutions? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for a dedicated System Tester Life Cycle Management – Electric Solutions to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in the development and validation of our heat pump systems, directly contributing to the efficiency and performance of sustainable heat supply for residential buildings. You'll ensure our products meet the highest standards throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept to ongoing serial production support.

Your contribution to something big:

Driving Product Quality: Contribute to enhance quality, reliability, and optimization of our electrified systems and solutions, with a strong focus on heat pump systems and components;End-to-End Testing: Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for heat pump components and systems to ensure robust validation across the product lifecycle;Deliver Key Insights: Create and release essential engineering deliverables, including detailed test plans, comprehensive test reports, material order specifications, and other relevant technical documentation;Collaboration: Work closely within an international and cross-functional team, collaborating with R&D, Production, Quality, and Service departments to support product changes and ensure successful implementation from concept to final product;Holistic Implementation: Apply and test a wide variety of requirements across different product series and divisions, contributing to the development and optimization of existing product concepts, ensuring their successful transfer and support in serial production;Analytical Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analysis of the existing product portfolio to identify quality improvements and optimization potential for components and complete appliances;Active Communication: Serve as a vital communicator within our international and cross-functional team, facilitating smooth information exchange and alignment between various functions and departments regarding product performance and testing outcomes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education:

Completed master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical field — or equivalent education with respective working experience.

Experience:

Hands-on experience in building, specifying, and testing hardware components and systems, ideally within heat pump or HVAC systems;Familiarity with the design of refrigeration and hydraulic components and systems is highly valued;Experience ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations is a plus.

Know-how

Solid understanding of testing methodologies and data analysis;Knowledge with CAD tools (e.g., Siemens NX) is desirable;Ability to work effectively in an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Languages:

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken;Portuguese is a plus.

Independent, meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to tasks;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
