Job Requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and clinical experts to understand system requirements and workflows.Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for healthcare software systems, ensuring coverage of functional, integration, and system-level testing.Perform manual testing of software applications, including medical imaging systems, and diagnostic platforms.Validate system performance, reliability, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsIdentify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.Support verification and validation activities for regulatory submissions and audits.Maintain detailed documentation of test results, procedures, and system configurations.

Work Experience
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.Experience in manual testing of complex systems, preferably in the healthcare or medical device domain.Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HL7, DICOM, HIPAA).Ability to interpret and validate clinical workflows and data.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Clear Quest, ALM, JIRA, TFS).Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
