The right candidate will act as the key contact for user application provisioning and de-provisioning specific to selected FS applications. The Level 1 Specialist also provides user guidance and first level support by assisting in problem resolution or escalating when necessary. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Administer maintenance of third party vendor accounts for internal employees * Conducts reviews of third party vendor account access * Responds to user requests for information and assists in problem resolution * Organizes and responds to requests received via email, direct phone calls or voice mails * Records and documents problems and associated resolutions in Cherwell tracking system * Escalates issues, as appropriate, to Level II or Level III Systems Support Specialists *Supervisory Responsibilities* This job has no supervisory responsibilities. *Education and/or Experience* One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Certificates, Licenses, Registrations* Not essential, however any mortgage related certificate, computer or IT certificate beneficial. *Other Qualifications* Must have the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise.
