System Support Engineer – Control‑M (AWS)

**Introduction**
We’re looking for an experienced System Support Engineer to manage and optimize Control‑M job scheduling in an AWS cloud environment. This role ensures mission-critical workflows (billing, payroll, reporting) run smoothly and securely.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Administer Control‑M servers, agents, and workflows.
* Monitor and troubleshoot job execution and dependencies.
* Support AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
* Ensure secure connectivity between servers and agents.
* Collaborate with internal teams and provide knowledge transfer.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
* Interest in pursuing advanced certifications (CCNP, etc.).
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· 5+ years of Control‐M administration experience.
* Strong AWS operational knowledge.
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
* Incident management and documentation skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Scripting (Python/Shell), observability tools, CI/CD exposure, AWS certification.
