Job Title: CAPA System Support Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (Hybrid)

Overview
The CAPA System Support Analyst manages service operations supporting digital health software and data systems within a regulated, multi-cloud environment. This role ensures compliance, service continuity, and audit readiness by overseeing CAPA activities, access control, change management, validation documentation, and operational workflows. The position requires strong analytical abilities and close collaboration across technical and operational teams.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor and complete CAPA items, including access management reviews and coordination of account secret rotations.
+ Maintain and update validation documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards.
+ Provide operational support across service workflows for the Magnol.Ai team.
+ Create and manage change requests for system updates and improvements.
+ Generate and analyze usage and change metrics to support service performance and reporting.
+ Use Jira and ServiceNow to track tasks, manage service issues, and document CAPA progress.
+ Provision and configure multi-cloud resources (AWS, Azure), including RDS databases, S3 buckets, Route 53 hosted zones, Entra ID service accounts, Azure AI Foundry, and application email accounts across dev, test, QA, and production environments.
+ Collaborate with internal engineering, compliance, and security teams to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support deployment and monitoring of Magnol.Ai applications.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 1–3 years of experience in service management within regulated or enterprise environments.
+ Familiarity with CAPA processes, access control, and change management.
+ Knowledge of validation documentation practices and audit requirements.
+ Experience provisioning and configuring cloud resources in AWS and Azure, with understanding of networking, identity management, and application deployment workflows.
+ Proficiency in Jira or similar task management tools.
+ Experience with metric reporting tools and strong analytical skills.
+ Effective communication and coordination abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
