The Filling, Formulation, Inspection, and Packagain (FFIP) implementation requires a System Support Analyst position with a combination of technical and business analysis skills to contribute to the project. The professional will be part of the FFIP/Beyfortus Digital project team and be contributing from a technical and validation perspective to help ensure MES, PI, Serialization, and hardware rollout are delivered on time, on budget and to the intended scope as defined by the project team and approved by the project steering committee.
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven System Support Analyst who possesses a blend of technical expertise, business analysis acumen, troubleshooting skills, and interpersonal skills. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the rollout of manufacturing IT systems including the manufacturing execution system, data historian system, interfaces for integrated lab equipment, and related physical hardware/workstations. Beyond technical expertise, this role requires a robust set of people-oriented and relationship management skills. These are essential for seamless collaboration across different departments within the project and site encompassing diverse skillsets and expertise, such as Digital, Operations, Automation, and Quality.

Main Responsibilities:
As a system support analyst, collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new solutions, and enhancements to existing solutions. For instance, create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to solutions developers.
Coordinate and manage meetings with the FFIP teams and extended project teams (e.g. application Core Teams)
Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate the implementation of MES, PI, Serialization system, hardware qualification, and new or improved business processes
Develop and maintain requirements, design specifications, traceability matrix, test scripts, and business cases during the planning and development phases of ITS projects.
Effectively manage day-to-day tasks in project plans for the project. Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and within budget, or that scope, duration or budget changes are well-communicated and approved by Digital management and FFIP management.
Coordinate, perform, and support in-depth testing, end-user reviews, modified and new processes validation.
Support shopfloor software and hardware (during office hours and off hours)

This role will not have reports.
Organization/Business Function Background:
This role will report to the Digital FFIP Lead and will be supporting all FFIP manufacturing IT systems.
Location/Scope:
The job site is in Toronto, ON, Canada. Consistent on-site presence is mandatory for this role to facilitate troubleshooting and relationship management.
This role may occasionally require after-hours support availability to address system emergencies as the manufacturing facilities operate on a 24/7 basis. Overtime hours must be agreed with management.
Due to the nature of the job (production floor support) up to date vaccination is required.
Other Responsibilities:
Successfully delivery of the assigned tasks
Collaborates with manufacturing operations, Digital (local/global) teams, quality organizations and project leadership to develop validation documents, specifications, test scripts, documentation, and to execute the project tasks within the Sanofi global core solutions model
Providing in-person support of physical shop floor hardware/workstations (e.g. printers, scanners, WiFi bridges, ThinClient devices, peripherals).
Participating in on-call support for addressing system emergencies outside of regular business hours.
Driving system and process improvements to improve user experience and/or reduce required support and troubleshooting effort.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Applied Science/Engineering or Computer Science with 0-2 years of experience.
Good understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) and Project Management Methodologies
Ability to quickly learn manufacturing processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication skills (technical writing, verbal and presentation)
Self-driven with a passion for taking ownership for their work
Proven track record of successful independent work and self-sufficiency
Natural curiosity and passion for technology
Preferred Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of experience
Experience in IT or automation environment
Experience with computer systems validation in pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of waterfall project management methodology with agile mindset and approaches
Experience with manufacturing execution systems, data historian systems, automation and control systems is advantageous
Language: Fluent English

The salary range for this position is:
$76,200.00 - $110,066.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
