Overview
The System Support Analyst will manage service operations supporting digital health software and data systems. The role ensures compliance, service continuity, and audit readiness through CAPA management, access controls, change requests, and validation documentation. This hybrid position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional skilled in service management within regulated or enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor and complete CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) items.
+ Manage access controls, including periodic access reviews and account secret rotations.
+ Maintain and update validation documentation in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
+ Provide operational support across service workflows for the Magnol.Ai team.
+ Create and manage change requests for system updates and improvements.
+ Generate, analyze, and report on usage and change metrics.
+ Utilize Jira and ServiceNow to track tasks, manage CAPA progress, and coordinate change requests.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to support compliance, security, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of relevant experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
+ Experience in service management within regulated or enterprise environments.
+ Familiarity with CAPA processes, access control, and change management.
+ Knowledge of validation documentation practices and audit requirements.
+ Proficiency in Jira or similar task management tools.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in metric reporting tools.
+ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
+ Hybrid work arrangement required.
