System Service Representative
**Introduction** The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. **Your role and responsibilities** We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients (PC, Desktops, Servers, Storage). **Required technical and professional expertise** High school diploma or equivalent (electronics, computers, or any other similar subject) Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting Ability to work in a fast-paced and environment, multitasking effectively English communication skills, oral and written (B2 level or better) Good communication skills in Estonian Valid driver license and own car (you will be reimbursed per mileage) Experience in customer support **Preferred technical and professional experience** Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a customer-focused environment Proficiency in using support tools IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
