Job Description
You will report to Global Indirect Procurement SR. Manager
Your Responsibilities:Be an End 2 End Global Subject Matter Expert in Goods and Services Procurement for AMRensure compliance and understanding of Global Procurement Standards.keep all training materials and tools up to date and centralized.provide necessary datasets (ie. Vendor productivity) and training to Buyers and support their daily work and developmentlead & improve results of specific Sourcing projects within systems, tools & process spacecollaborate with the Global SSO team to implement best practicesmonitor and evaluate supplier performance (following Global Metrics Scorecard), flag and address discrepancies and risks. Responsible for monthly reporting (incl. Report and datasets preparation) to senior management on goals within the AMR BU supply chainidentify and drive system, tools, and process improvement/development opportunities by liaising and leading joint SSO / department / external partners teams. Create business cases if required and report progress to management.manage process and approval for our vendors on the Approved Vendor ListBuild productive internal/external working relationshipsEnsure procurement data consistency between systems and process agreement on Goal/Service level agreementCommunicate with partners and provide necessary support and information.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain related areas (ie. Logistics, Economics)Procurement or Supply Chain 5+ years of experienceCommunicative English skills both written and verbal (B2 minimum)Additional language skills will be an advantage, especially GermanUse advanced MS Office tools (applications and cloud), especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint (functions, formatting)SAP, VBA macros, MS Access, Power BI experience is requiredDDS, CPro, knowledge will be an advantageExperienced in tools & systems and able to translate a required outcome into a processUnderstanding of Procurement process logic and possible effectsWell-developed sense of priorityWork organization and attention to detailsDemonstratable data analysis skillsUnderstanding of complex Supply Chain interdependencies and International TradeWork with cross-functional teams in multicultural environmentContinuous Improvement orientedEffectively work in environment with unexpected changes, easily adaptingWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
