As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the end-to-end integration of various systems involved in the eCommerce ecosystem. This includes frontend applications, backend systems, third-party services (payment gateways, logistics), and enterprise platforms (SAP, CRM, CDP). Join us to make a meaningful impact. What you will do: Integration Design & Implementation: * Develop and maintain API-based integration between frontend apps and backend systems. * Design data orchestration and sync flows across Microsoft Azure components, SAP, loyalty engines, and third-party services. * Ensure headless architecture principles are maintained. System Coordination: * Act as the technical liaison between platform teams (e.g., frontend, backend, SAP, CRM). * Define data contracts and messaging formats (JSON/XML) across services. * Coordinate with middleware (Azure Logic Apps, API Management) for workflow automation. Security & Compliance: * Implement secure authentication and authorization models (e.g., Entra ID B2C, OAuth2). * Ensure all integrations comply with regional data privacy laws and enterprise policies. Performance & Monitoring: * Set up health checks, observability (using Azure Monitor / App Insights / Log Analytics). * Proactively identify integration bottlenecks or failures and implement resolution mechanisms. Skills and experiences * 10+ years of experience in systems integration for large-scale web/mobile applications. * Hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services (APIM, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus). * Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, SAML, JSON, and webhook patterns. * Experience integrating with legacy platforms like SAP, and third-party tools like payment gateways, Strapi CMS, etc. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
