System Integration & Test Engineer
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Configure, install, and maintain test systems, including operating systems, virtualization platforms, software components, and regression servers. + Package software components, dependencies, and configurations into installers. + Execute installation, operational and performance qualification testing (IQ/OQ/PQ). + Support system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements. + Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analysis. + Design and execute test cases from a customer perspective. + Create and execute robust exploratory test execution checklists. + Create and enhance test configurations to support integration and end-to-end system testing + Discover, isolate, document and track defects, validate fixes to ensure proper resolution. + Ensure adherence to security, data protection and regulatory compliance requirements. + Collaborate effectively with scrum leaders, product owners, software developers, network engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to support the system level needs. + Participate in regular SAFe events such as PI planning, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective and contribute to continuous improvement practices. **Who You Are:** + You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of informationtodefineproblemsaccuratelybeforemovingtosolutions.Youobservesituationaland group dynamics and select best-fit approach. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + 6-8 years technical expertise in software testing. + Proven experience in system integration or enterprise IT environments. + Proven experience in setting up and maintaining test / regression environments. + Experience with databases, operating systems, cloud platforms and network protocols. + Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex and evolving functional requirements. + Self-directed with the ability to meet challenging schedule requirements. + Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail. + Demonstrates ability to solve complex problems. + Excellent verbal and written communications skills. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) or equivalent.
