2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is seeking an experienced Outsystems System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a new Customer Service (CS) system. This role will be based in our Ridgefield Park, NJ office, with on-site presence required.

Job Description:
Lead internal company process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation and documentation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategiesFacilitate business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentationEvaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation resultsDevelop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, budget, and expensesWork closely with project teams to monitor project scope and provide timely status/situation updates to all relevant stakeholdersManage relationships and expectations of both internal and external project stakeholdersLead project team meetings to communicate project status, budget, and expense statusSimulate overall budget and financial impact with key expense drivers and factorsDirect and perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned by management, working independently or with cross-functional teamsAssisting in preparing materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to be presented within and outside of PI teamPresent analysis results to internal and external stakeholdersAssisting manager with all project-related tasksNo limitation to the scope and services PI provides to the company in its efforts to become Best in Class with premium systems and optimum processes to support its advancementQualifications
