As System HSE Coordinator you will support Nuovo Pignone legal entities and the Florence Campus operations in maintaining a proper HSE System that will allow the relevant stakeholders to reach strategic targets, such as Eliminate Conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI), decarbonize our operations and guarantee Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety and Environmental Compliance.

As System HSE Coordinator you will be responsible of:

Reporting to the Plant HSE Leader and interacting on daily basis with the other HSE Team members and Operations Leaders to follow-up the implementation of the existing HSE System and elaborate, basing on event learnings and leadership input, programs on how to continuously improve itAnalyzing Campus HSE leading and lagging data, correlate them and identify trends and potential systemic issues, and through a teamwork exercise propose corrections to the systemsupporting Plant HSE Leader in assure and maintain compliance to local laws (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08) and internal Baker Hughes policies. You will be asked to develop autonomously specifics programs and the Nuovo Pignone Legal entities in follow HSE training program and will be involved in digitalization projects for future simplificationsbenchmarking with other Company Plants/Sites to continuously identify potential areas of improvement and learn

Fuel your passion

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent           Have a minimum experience in HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry.Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standardsDemonstrate good communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate ability in work in a matrix organizationBe available to travel as required.Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills

Desired requirments:

Have preferably RSPP or ASPP qualificationHave strong data analysis and presentation skills
