Job Description Insight Global is in search of a System Engineering Manager for one of its customers in the greater Grand Rapids, Mi area. This person will be responsible for delivering scalable and cost-effective IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure system performance aligned with business needs. This role will involve managing a small team of Engineers and Administrators, overseeing disaster recovery plans and system availability. Key responsibilities will involve system and infrastructure planning, leading innovation, and ensuring compliance with security measures. This is a direct hire position with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 based on previous experience. Benefits, including PTO will be provided upon hire.
