About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) expert within the Digital Technology Enablement, Enterprise Access Management organization. The IGA expert role focuses on bridging business needs and functional requirements in leading the implementation of the centralized and harmonized user access management product (CARE) for Sanofi business applications. The CARE (Centralized Access Request Entry) provides a harmonized and centralized access management solution with robust compliance capabilities. The CARE simplifies the Sanofi architecture by leveraging a SaaS solution and supports the retirement of outdated access management solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct business discovery and requirements gathering sessions
Analyze business application access requirements and translate them into the IGA supported access models.
Works closely and owns relationship with Customer Experience.
Document current user lifecycle processes and identify optimization opportunities
Partner with business lines to define separation-of-duty policies and access use cases
Convert business requirements into functional requirements
Write user stories related to functional requirements
Oversee compliance framework and audit management related to IGA processes
Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IGA solutions with business needs.
Development and review the project documents in Confluence
Create and maintain user training materials
Coordinate and lead testing (SIT, UAT, etc.).
Work within an Agile framework, managing EPICs and user stories
Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.
About You
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience:
5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IGA domain
Experience with Saviynt application
Proficiency in documenting user lifecycle processes and identifying optimization opportunities
Strong working experience with regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical industries.
Good understanding of SOX and GxP.
· Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Modeling or relevant field.
· Functional & Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
User Access Management.
Role based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
User Access Review
Segregation of Duties (SOD).
Role Catalog
On-Off boarding of users.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
Good understanding of Confluence, JIRA, & XRAY.
· Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of customer needs.
Ability to translate business requirements into product features.
· Communication and Collaboration:
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
