We are looking for a **System Engineer** with a background in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, and **1–2 years of experience in the Automotive sector.** **Key Responsibilities** + Leading the development and implementation of advanced **Connectivity System** features/functions; + Ensuring that the function is aligned with the overall **business strategy and goals** ; + **Project status reporting** in internal and external meetings; + Writing **Requirements and Functional Specifications** ; + **Interfacing with stakeholders** to discuss system architecture(s) through workshops and design meetings; + Issue tracking and defect analysis; + Analyzing and evaluating performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes; + Supplier steering and coordination. **Required Qualifications** + Master’s degree in **Telecommunications, Computer Engineering** or similar; + **1-2 year** of experience in the **Automotive field (Tier1/OEMs)** ; + Knowledge of **Connectivity/Infotainment System Architecture** including hardware, software and user interfaces; + Knowledge of **operating system concepts** , such as process management, memory management, file systems and power management; + Knowledge of **automotive standard protocols** , such as **CAN** and **Ethernet** ; + Knowledge of security principles and best practices for **securing Linux systems** ; + Experience with **version control systems** , such as **Gi** t; + Experience with **debugging and troubleshooting complex systems** ; + Knowledge of **open-source software development and licensing** ; + Experience with software development methodologies, including **Agile** and **Waterfall** ; + Knowledge of software programming languages, such as C, C++, Python, and Java; + Knowledge of **embedded systems** and **real-time operating systems** ; + Knowledge of **project management tools** , such as **Jira** ; + Familiarity with **GNU/Linux and Android operating systems** ; + Familiarity with **software testing methodologies,** including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing; **Soft Skills** + Sense of integrity and responsibility; + Take on responsibility, work independently, being able to share achievements with the team; + Show initiative and work in a structured way; + Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.
