Job Description Insight Global is looking for a system engineer in St. Charles. This person will collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. They will evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. The system engineer will performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. They will performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. $80-85 HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements Qualifications:  · 10+ years of experience within a variety of Engineering Domains  · 3+ years of system engineering experience  · Experience deploying program/product from design to fielding – 1st hand experience (doing) developing requirements, design criteria, verification and validation test cases / plans  · Experience with application of digital engineering concepts (MBSE) and open systems (WOSA, FACE, etc) Preferred Qualifications:  · Proposal development experience – technical CONOP and solution development for proposal technical team Basics of PMP or EVM concepts
