Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will specialize in integrating a satellite ground control system used by multiple mission partners. You will incorporate mission partners into ground systems environment, including the creation or adaptation of mission scripts and procedures. This will include engineering an integration solution, such as functions or subroutines within a software library or program, primarily designed to invoke another subroutine or system call with minimal computation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Aid in designing and implementing the cloud-based ground system with multiple mission partner space vehicles, supporting the development of applications in lower security domains with seamless deployment into higher security domains.Extensive knowledge in developing APIs and scripting to integrate code-based solutions to run ground operations.Guide strategic planning efforts to align technological solutions with organizational needs for secure application development and deployment across varying levels of sensitivity.Perform various analyses to optimize the total system of systems and/or system architecture.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline.Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility8+ years of related professional experience focusing significantly on integrating multiple software solutions.Experience with Satellite Operations, TT&C systems, sustainment, or similar experience related to OpsStrong analytical skills combined with the ability to manage complex challenges; adept at prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines within highly regulated contexts.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Knowledge of the ground system components.Knowledge of the Rooster 4, Tetra 3, and Tetra 4 missions.Knowledge of OpenC3 COSMOS

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
