Provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction to cross-functional teams supporting the advancement of the portfolio of initiatives within the regional programs. Promotes innovation through advocacy of best practice and continuous improvement; serving as an expert for the programs both internally and externally. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** **Primary Responsibilities** + Establishes formal structure of all clinical programs and wraparound clinical services. + Aligns the clinical programs goals and initiatives to the organizational strategic plan. + Ensures clinical programs are well versed in the organization’s operating model as the operational model for clinical improvement. + Creates a standardized format for meeting structure, topics, action plans, and follow ups. + Ensures cross connectivity and collaboration across the organization to ensure the clinical program goals are advanced in alignment with the strategic plan. + Evaluates new clinical programs and goals. + Refines communication methods within and between all programs. + Establishes congruent goals for all programs and methods to track progress. + Plans, operationalizes, leads and runs quarterly programs for all clinical programs and wraparound services.
