Make It With Pride.** You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. **How you will contribute** You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Relevant experience in a laboratory. + Working efficiently on a team + Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements + Attending to detail and following written instructions + Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing + Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time + MS office applications **More about this role** **Systeem en CAPA coördinator** **Verantwoordelijkheden** Het behalen en behouden van certificeringen zoals FSSC22000, ACS (autocontrolegids), IFS en andere door het coördineren en uitvoeren van interne audits, het beheren van documentatie, het up-to-date houden van het traceerbaarheidssysteem, het opvolgen van klachten en het beheren van het CAPA programma. **Als systeem en capa coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende resultaatsgebieden:** + **Coördinatie en uitvoering van interne audits:** + Plannen, uitvoeren, rapporteren en beoordelen van interne audits om te voldoen aan relevante standaarden: AIB/GMP, FSSC22000, IFS, ACS en conform de interne Mondelez Quality Procedures + Begeleiden en opleiden van interne auditoren. + Uitvoeren van gap-analyses en receptaudits. + **Beheer van documentatie:** + Organiseren en beheren van kwaliteitsdocumenten in eQCMS (documentbeheersysteem). + Zorgen voor up-to-date houden procedures en documentatie door reviews te plannen en op te volgen met de documenteigenaars. + Opleiden van gebruikers van eQCMS. + **Beheer en onderhoud van het traceerbaarheidssysteem (MTT):** + Implementeren van MTT bij wijzigingen en nieuwigheden. + Opvolgen van registraties en maandelijkse rapportering. + Opstellen en opvolgen van werkinstructies. + Borgen van controles noodzakelijk voor MTT systeem. + **Opvolgen en beheren van klachtenklachten:** + Opvolgen en evalueren van hygiëneklachten en klantklachten. + Initiëren van acties op de werkvloer + Bij herhaling van zelfde type klacht, initiëren en opvolging CAPA + Formuleren van antwoorden naar klantendienst + Maken van trendanalyse + maandelijkse rapportering op de QA steerco + Jaarlijkse rapportering aan directie (management review) + **CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action):** + Als eigenaar van dit programma, beheer je de opvolging van alle interne en externe CAPA’s volledig (deels in Enablon) + Opstellen van CAPA uit externe audits en registratie daarvan + Wekelijkse check of alle CAPA’s opgestart zijn + Opvolging van alle (deel-) acties op tijd afgesloten zijn, indien niet opvolging plannen met betrokken collega + Maandelijkse rapportering op de QA steerco + Jaarlijkse rapportering aan directie (management review) + Jaarlijkse CAPA review met BU QA + **Smileys/regelkaarten :** + In samenwerking met QA en het projectteam zorgen dat de noodzakelijke kwaliteitsparameters bekend zijn en getest worden. + Verzorgen van de hiervoor noodzakelijke registraties. + **Voedselveiligheid:** + Opstellen en coördineren van AIB/GMP inspecties. + Evalueren van antwoorden op hygiëneklachten. + Implementeren van wijzigingen in QP’s Mondelez. + **Communicatie:** + Frequente interne contacten met diverse departementen en internationaal binnen de kwaliteitafdeling van Mondelez. + Externe contacten met auditoren en indirect contact met klanten via de klantendienst. **Ervaring** + Kennis van AIB/GMB, FSSC22000/IFS, en Mondelez QP vereisten. + Up-to-date kennis van wijzigen in wetgeving en autocontrolegidsen. + Kennis van traceerbaarheidsprocedures en -tools. + Goede communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven). + Voldoende smaak- en reukzin (bij deelname aan taste panel). + Aandachtig en nauwkeurig werken. **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
