Skills and Requirements • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT compliance. • Strong Excel skills (DAX formulas, Power Query). • Ability to manage and update process documentation. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with NERC CIP standards (especially CIP-004). • Experience with Power BI design and reporting. • Background in information security or related field. • Exposure to data/process analysis in operational environments.
