What You’ll Do As part of our penetration testing team, you’ll tackle a variety of exciting engagements, including: + Network penetration testing + Red and purple team exercises + Wireless security assessments + Web application penetration testing + And more cutting-edge security challenges You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and leadership to identify vulnerabilities in applications and business processes, provide expert guidance, and deliver innovative security solutions. Your role will also involve research and development for emerging technologies, ensuring seamless integration and robust protection across systems. What We’re Looking For + Hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, and manual vulnerability assessments + Strong communication skills—both written and verbal + Ability to execute full-cycle engagements independently and collaboratively using industry-standard tradecraft + Proficiency with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), networking concepts, and basic scripting + A proactive mindset for identifying and managing risks in application security and technology selection Preferred (but not required): + Bachelor’s degree in a related field + Security certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, or OSWE What Makes This Role Unique Candidates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills through a Capture the Flag (CTF) challenge after the initial interview.
