What you’ll do

Deploy, configure, and manage core Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Implement identity and access management solutions, including hybrid identity, conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), SSO/SAML integrations, and passwordless authentication options.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365, configuring anti-phishing, anti-spam, safe attachments, safe links, and threat investigation features.
Implement and manage Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager for device compliance, application deployment, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM).
Design and apply security baselines, DLP policies, sensitivity labels, and information protection rules through Microsoft Purview.
Develop and automate administrative tasks using PowerShell for Microsoft 365, including bulk user operations, service configurations, and audit/reporting.
Monitor service health, performance, and configuration compliance using tools like Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Compliance Center, Security Center, and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics (for Entra & Intune logs).
Troubleshoot issues across collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support integration with on-premises Active Directory, AD Connect, and hybrid Exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan migrations, enforce governance, and apply best practices in modern workplace architecture.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
3–5 years of hands-on experience in the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, identity & access management, endpoint protection, and modern workplace technologies.
Located in [Specify Region/Country] with availability to work in hybrid or remote models as required.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Turkish is a plus for region-specific roles.
Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-500, SC-300, AZ-104, or SC-400 are preferred.
Valid driving license is a plus (for on-site customer visits, if applicable).
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Demonstrates ownership and accountability in handling technical issues and project deliverables.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear actions.
Self-motivated, continuously learning and staying current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates.
Able to work independently as well as in a team, and handle multiple tasks/projects in parallel.
Shows initiative in identifying areas for process improvement or automation.
Customer-focused mindset, capable of building trust and ensuring high satisfaction through technical excellence.
