Serving as a Systems Analyst II, being a caregiver begins in the office, where you assist with essential project development and support enterprise objectives. As part of the IT and Cybersecurity team, you will do more than expand your technical skills — your work will impact patients around the world. This role remains heavily finance-focused, centered on financial data, financial reporting, and Epic-based report development, helping teams stay connected, informed, and equipped with the tools and technologies that are transforming patient care.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., with quarterly on-site requirements at various locations, including Cleveland Clinic West Creek and Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Complete routine support and designated project assignments.
Provide input to develop solutions.
Assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans and general communications.
Develop process flow charts and report on project status.
Support the development of information system requirements.
Develop and maintain Epic-based reporting solutions.
Work with large volumes of financial data.
Support financial reporting functions across the team.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position
OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience.
OR a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.
Completion of ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of start date
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification
Epic Reporting experience with a strong focus on building, modifying, and maintaining Epic reports
Exposure to Epic Builds
Financial literacy / financial data experience
Comfortable working with financial datasets and understanding financial concepts
Technical background, ideally Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technology field
Healthcare data experience in RCM
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.
