System Analyst
Job Description This candidate will be working for one of the Bay Areas largest behavioral health clients offering technical expertise towards the support of their NetSmart myAvatar EHR. The ideal candidate will have experience with both application and business workflow testing, as well as general troubleshooting. In addition, the client needs the candidate to have great experience in communicating with different types of stakeholders as not all interactions will be with technical individuals. Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree required * 3+ years of EHR system support experience o Experience with application and business workflow testing * Prior experience supporting NetSmart myAvatar * Experience working cross functionally with other technical groups (DBAs, Developers, Report Writers) as well as nontechnical individuals/teams * Experience with Jira * Experience with Atlassian * Experience with Smartsheet
