SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (ICAPS)

Airswift is seeking for System Administrator (ICAPS)to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering. 8 years experience with medium to large project in oil and gas industry. Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures. Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc. Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The System Administrator (ICAPS) is responsible for completion database readiness including systems and subsystems, Inspection Test Records, punch list, work packs etc. Frequent contact with Head of commissioning, Construction Team, and Operations teams. Periodic contact with Engineering team and Interface Frequent contact with different EPCs Commissioning and Construction Teams. Managing all the commissioning system completion and system completion database activities to ensure the technical objectives are safely met within the approved scope, quality and schedule. Ensure construction & commissioning system completion and system completion database in ICAPS are correctly maintained and updated. Accountable for system completion workflow process and system completion database for Offshore project. Ensure FAT punches are properly transfer to ICAPS database prior RFC. Ensure punch categories correctly assigned into the ICAPS. Ensure the readiness of RFC and RFSU dossiers. Ensure readiness of database involving multiple interfaces with various EPCs which required effective communication, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
