System Administrator/desktop Support

\n\t\t\t\t\t

This role is 100% onsite Mon-Fri and is a 6 months temp to hire paying $25-26 an hour pay range. \nInstall hardware and components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives. \n2. Computer hardware & software troubleshooting\n3. Computer upgrades such as hard drives & ram.\n4. System Imaging, load appropriate software packages (i.e., operating systems, networking components and office applications).\n5. Setup user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365\n6. Setup cell phones and desk phones \n7. License software packages to ensure compliance, asset tracking, and monitor inventory.\n8. Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet user’s requirements.\n9. Provide one-on-one computer/telephone support to employees in-house and on job sites.\n10. Connect users to networks and provide initial training in applications.\n11. Communicates project status, updates, and completion information to managers and/or users. Tracks support requests using help desk ticketing software.\n12. Create technical and end user documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
