**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking anon-site **System Administrator** to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system.Accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work well independently and with others are important traits we expect the successful candidate to possess and demonstrate. This position is full-time on-site at Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. This position will be responsible forsupporting the customer s digital engineering environment. In this role you will support a Microsoft Active Directory environment with day-to-day administration and analysis of Account Provisioning. Key responsibilities are to: + On-board and off-board users, including Active Directory, Email, and core applications + Support a classified digital engineering environment with the day-to-day support of classified servers, terminals, printers, and networking infrastructure + Provide tier I/II support for a classified digital engineering environment and investigate and troubleshoot issues through to resolution. + Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions. + Provide customer service by answering phones and responding to emails. + Travel to off-site locations if required. + Perform troubleshooting and support for Wyse terminals and related devices. + Set up and configure conference rooms for classified and secure meetings. + Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to higher-tier support when necessary. + Support collaboration tools with basic experience in Confluence and JIRA. **and the U.S. Navy s Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)** Our organization has supported the U.S. Navy s Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) continually since the program s inception in the 1950s. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
