Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and datacenter environments At least 8 years of VMware expertise, including design and administration of vSphere, vCenter, DRS, HA, and vMotion At least 7 years of experience with SAN and enterprise storage arrays (NetApp, HPE 3PAR) Proven track record managing physical servers from leading vendors (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS) Demonstrable skills in cloud infrastructure design and operations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Expert-level Linux administration skills across multiple distributions Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerCLI, Ansible)
