System Administrator
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

The System Administrator will provide technical support, systems administration and hardware management including hardware provisioning, installation and maintenance.  In this role you will be responsible for all user-level endpoint systems including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets and scanners.  The System Administrator has expertise in PC maintenance, hardware replacement and repair, Microsoft and Google operating systems, endpoint security products, remote administration tools and software troubleshooting.  This role requires a professional who is capable of implementing, maintaining and supporting technology-based solutions at an enterprise level healthcare organization. 

What you will do:

Maintain end-user devices that our team has installed at customer locations throughout the United States.Provide advanced support for desktop and laptop computers, including troubleshooting, resolving escalated hardware, software, and connectivity issues and performing computer hardware replacement and repair.Support the setup and maintenance of deployment infrastructure by importing Windows images into MDT and configuring WDS for network-based installations, enabling efficient reimaging of endpoints, as well as Google Chrome Administration, including device management and security controls.Installation and configuration of remote management tools on endpoint devices including SCCM, InTune, Airwatch, etc. Manage and update business and security policies in accordance with compliance policies using Active Directory OU’s, Google Device Administration, InTune or Airwatch, ensuring streamlined policy updates and access control.Log, track, and manage tickets and hardware requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.Configure tablets and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) for use, including enrollment in Microsoft Intune, Google Device Admin, Apple Business Manager, etc.Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, including enforcing unique credential policies, software patching, OS updates, Anti-Malware, VPN requirements and others as needed.

What you need:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or 6+ additional years of practical IT support experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred:

2+ years of experience in an IT support role for external customers preferredCompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferredExperience with Microsoft, Google and Apple operating systems preferredDemonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM, and Microsoft InTuneExperience with IT Service Management tracking systems such as ServiceNow, SysAid, Zendesk or JiraExperience with virtual environments such as VMWare, Citrix, preferred
