As a Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading customer implementations as the project clinical lead, consulting with customers on their clinical workflows, providing best practices as well as managing and creating their reporting templates. This role will need to have the ability to clearly understand customer’s business & clinical objectives and drive towards those through clinical workflow analysis and optimization. This role combines clinical experience with the ability to leverage advanced technology to address and solve complex clinical and operational challenges facing healthcare provider organizations.

Responsibilities

Creation of reporting templates and SR Mappings along with corresponding SOW’s.Assisting our customer in the clinical operation with emphasize on focused patient outcomes, patient care efficiencies, cost containment/reduction, as well as customer value propositions.Enhancement of clinical guidelines adherence and process optimization.Assisting in the creation and development of our consultative services.Actively support product training and implementation through defined implementation processes, access to eLearning, onsite and remote training and consistent follow-up to ensure adoption and optimal utilization of our solutions/products.Work as the clinical resource of the Siemens-Healthineers project implementation team as an expert in content curation, product configuration, testing, and end-user training.Own workflow current state to future state mapping with associated gap analysis.Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions through on-site and remote analysis and customer interviews.Work with the technical implementation team in translating workflow requirements to actionable technical configuration tasks.Develop and help drive customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices.Provide onsite support during system Go-Live and immediate post Go-Live periods.Create or help create SOW's for new customer engagements including report template design.


Competencies & Capabilities:

Ability to assess baseline workflows and to develop future state workflows through the implementation of various Siemens-Healthineers solutions, understand patient to care-team relationships, and possess an aptitude in standardized guidelines involving multiple acute and chronic disease diagnosis and treatment modalities.Clinical experience in patient care working in a hospital setting as a Lead Sonographer / Technologist, Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Nurse or a similar licensed position with a focus on Cardiology. As an alternative, business and operation managers with strong clinical and departmental workflow knowledge will be considered.Solid understanding of medical informatics standardsKnowledge and experience in working with clinical dataSelf-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving Healthcare environmentResult focused, ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts in a timely mannerCommunicates and presents effectively; ability to communicate with customers’ C-level, and with internal ManagementEntrepreneurial spirit, passion for Digital Services

Required Experience & Education

BSN/BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experienceOne to Three years of syngo Dynamics report template design experienceCPACS/CVIS reporting experienceHistory of at least 3 years of direct patient care experience in Cardiology (preferred), Vascular, OB or the equivalent cardiology business operations experience5+ years combined experience within Hospital setting and/or Healthcare Technology vendor(s)Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 60%)Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of EMR integration and data flow (EPIC & Cerner preferred)Familiar with the DICOM standard, specifically Structured Reporting related to measurementsClinical experience with direct patient care preferred

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $104,000 - Max $156,000

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
