Synergy Integration Analyst

The Synergy Program Analyst will partner with stakeholders, business & IT SMEs, PDO teams, and vendor-partners to organize, structure, support, drive, monitor, & report on Project Synergy, an Industrial System enterprise transformation initiative. 

The successful candidate will have the following experiences and skills:

Must-have:

Bachelor of Science degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.Deep knowledge of Manufacturing, Product Development engineering processes and/or Supply Chain domainsStrong demonstrated abilities in Strategy, Planning and Program Management5+ years consistent track record, driving accountability and ownership with cross-functional teams5+ years large-scale program management and cross work stream integrationExperience in handling governance reviews and issue resolutionsAbility to balance between Program Management and Agile practicesExperience in Agile software delivery, Scrum, and PI Planning methodologiesExperience in managing programs / projects in JiraSelf-starter – able to identify what needs to be done and then get it doneHands-on problem solver to anticipate and proactive resolve hurdles before they become issuesExperience in coordinating, organizing and hosting key meetings and eventsInclusive leadership style with the ability to lead through influence and build meaningful relationships at all levels and functions of the organizationBe able to work cross-functionally, in a matrixed environment and have experience in a large multi-national companyMost importantly, the successful candidate will exhibit the Ford+ behaviors and work diligently and ethically each day to help achieve success of the Ford+ plan

 

Preferred:

Understanding of Product Driven System of DeliveryPolitically savvy navigating the organization to achieve outcomesExperience with Ford Industrial Systems domains (Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)Familiarity with PLM and MRP technologies including SAPExperience bringing together business change initiatives and the key enablersUnderstanding of emerging digital technologiesExperience driving IT integration across domainsExperience modernizing legacy IT infrastructure and applications

Coordinate and align program deliverables along with associated teams across multiple functions, IT PDOs, and other related functions, to ensure the overall comprehensive vision is achieved on-time supporting critical vehicle program milestones with high qualityCoordinate cross-functional program governance and integration at the L3 levelMaintain focused risk & issue management across the programManage the orchestration of activities across stakeholders to develop and implement the initiative roadmap and associated deliverablesSupport PI Planning on a quarterly basis to define specific value deliveryAlign program achievements to overarching strategic roadmap, defining the development and deployment of process changes and enabling technologyProactively engage to resolve hurdles and roadblocks before they become issues impacting deliverablesCollaborate with stakeholders as needed to ensure status updates and metrics are posted and consolidated into the required reporting artifacts
