Commercial Banking – Corporate Banking Client Coverage

Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Syndicated Finance and Corporate Advisory Manager.

Principal responsibilities

· Originating and structuring of Syndicated Finance transactions

· Jointly developing pricing strategies / conducting market risk assessment/ loan distribution

· Keeptrackoftrendsanddevelopments of syndicated loan, DCM and ECM markets, and align with own business strategy.

· Supporting in underwriting statement/ market risk assessment monitoring of primary syndicated / structured finance transactions, local and cross-border transaction, including preparing support statement

· Maintaining and building up network within the syndicated loan and capital markets

· Keeping track of trends and developments of syndicated loan, DCM and ECM markets
