Hybrid/Remote Switchboard Operator Schedule: Onsite training for 3-6 weeks (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) 100% Remote After Training: Monday – Friday (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate: $16/HR About the Role: We are seeking a motivated customer service professional for the Switchboard Operator position for an established and renowned healthcare system in Indianapolis. This position will be the first point of contact for patients, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and providing basic information as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
