Switchboard Operator
Hybrid/Remote Switchboard Operator Schedule: Onsite training for 3-6 weeks (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) 100% Remote After Training: Monday – Friday (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate: $16/HR About the Role: We are seeking a motivated customer service professional for the Switchboard Operator position for an established and renowned healthcare system in Indianapolis. This position will be the first point of contact for patients, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and providing basic information as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
