Duties and responsibilities related to the Switchboard Attendant – Mat Cover role
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Direct calls to theappropriate departmentor individual.
Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices effectively.
Keepaccuraterecords of all calls, including details of the caller, recipient, and the nature of the call.
Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as needed tofacilitatesmooth communication flow.
About you
Previousexperience in a similar roleis preferred.Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, andproficiencyin operating switchboard equipment and related technology.
