As a Swing Driver, you’ll be trained to operate **multiple truck types** and support **different routes** across our hauling operations. This role keeps our business running smoothly and ensures our customers receive exceptional service every day. **What You’ll Do** You’ll be trained and expected to operate across multiple lines of business, including: 🚛 **Roll-Off** – Transporting large containers from residential, commercial, and industrial sites 🚚 **Rear Load** – Residential and small commercial waste collection 🏢 **Front Load** – Servicing commercial customers using front‑loading trucks 🔄 **Other hauling operations** as needed Your responsibilities will include: + Safely operating various types of garbage trucks + Following route sheets and dispatcher instructions + Performing pre- and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.) + Providing friendly, professional customer interactions + Assisting with additional tasks to support daily operations **What We’re Looking For** ✔ Valid **Class A or B CDL** (no automatic restriction) ✔ Clean driving record ✔ Minimum **1 year of local route driving** experience ✔ Ability to adapt quickly to different vehicle types and routes ✔ Strong safety focus and customer‑service mindset **What We Offer** We invest in our people because they’re the heart of our business.
