Swim Instructors 2025-2026 JobID: 3383 + Position Type: Aquatics/ Swim Instructor - Pool + Date Posted: 6/1/2025 + Location: Aquatic Center + Closing Date: 05/31/2026 WEBSTER CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Open Position Position: Swim Instructors 2025-2026 (Posting Number 2526-3383) Part Time (Evenings/Weekends during school year; also days during summer) Location: Aquatic Center and Thomas Pools Start Date: As Needed Description and Requirements: + Must be at least 15 years of age + Looking for an experienced swimmer who enjoys working with children + The Swim instructor will provide individual and/or group lesson instruction to patrons, age 6 months – adult. + Attend staff meetings and training sessions. + Help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely. + Provide students with opportunities to learn with fundamental skills based upon the student’s ability level and American Red Cross standards. + Help to supervise all students during swim classes as well as locker rooms before and directly after classes. + Provide specific and constructive feedback to each student verbally, and via end of session report cards, to enhance learning and understanding. + Assist in set up and clean up for all classes. + Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
