Description
We are looking for a Swedish speaking Junior Recruiter for our Center in Larnaca
Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct interviews with candidatesAssist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesAdministrative work regarding recruitmentFind and organize accommodation for new hires from abroad Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc)Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies and regulationsSupport the onboarding process of the new hires Analyze and improve recruitment channels and techniquesNecessary Requirements
Multilingual skills: English & Swedish are required. Any additional Nordic language, German or Dutch will be considered as an advantage Previous experience in similar position will be a plusPC knowledge (excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills)Good interpersonal communication skills, responsiveness, and eagerness for developmentHardworkingAttentive to detailExcellent organizational skillsTeam player and capable of working independentlyQuick learner and being able to easily adaptConscientious, polite, and discreetTaking initiatives and able to work autonomously
