With unmatched resources and a strong commitment to safety and integrity, we deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers across the U.S. We are seeking a safety-conscious **SWD Operator** to join our team at our **Stanton, TX** facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of our salt water disposal and related oilfield waste management systems, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance at all times. **Location:** Stanton, TX (Near Midland, TX) **Schedule:** 14 days on / 7 days off **Pay Range:** $20–$23/hr. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate, monitor, and maintain salt water disposal systems including pumps, valves, tanks, and injection wells + Monitor process levels, pressures, temperatures, and flows, making adjustments to optimize system performance + Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on SWD equipment + Ensure safe handling and disposal of fluids in compliance with environmental regulations + Maintain accurate records of daily operations, volumes, and system readings + Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed + Use and maintain required PPE in accordance with company policies and procedures + Work effectively as part of a team and support other operations as needed + Safely work in varying outdoor weather conditions **Qualifications:** + Previous experience with SWD operations and/or injection wells required + Experience with centrifuges or thermal treatment systems is a plus (training available) + Ability to learn and operate site-specific equipment independently + Strong commitment to safety and teamwork + Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions **What We Offer:** + Competitive hourly pay + Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Paid time off (PTO) + A safety-first, team-driven work environment + Career development and advancement opportunities **Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
