We are seeking a skilled SWD Operator to join our team in Monahans, Texas on a full-time contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the oil and gas industry and make a positive impact on our operations.

Role Overview

Responsible for all aspects of SWD injection well sites, ensuring safety and policy procedures are in place. Monitor wind socks and proper signage on tanks, pumps, and filter pots. Daily routines include monitoring wellhead pressures, suction/discharge pressures, flow rates, and line pressures. Inspect and maintain pumps, gauging and thieving tanks, and coordinating truck movements. Troubleshoot automation and perform necessary maintenance on equipment. Conduct water transfer operations and monitor for leaks in the area. Keep facilities clean and organized at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

Operator background with experience in compressor/pumping stations and pumps. Knowledge of SWD injection well sites, wind socks, signage, wellhead pressures, flow rates, line pressures, and filter differential pressures. Experience with pump maintenance, tank gauging and thieving, automation troubleshooting, and water transfer operations. Ability to detect and address leaks in a timely manner. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team. Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures. Experience with rig up and frac operations or pumping labor/supervision is a plus.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
